I saw from the window that few young macaque who had just arrived to just have a good time on the tree. I just felt that I could get a good shot and walked out with my camera and saw the two of them enthusiastically swinging upside down on very thin branches of the tree and showing affection. I just aimed and clicked happily.
We were staying at Gairal Forest Rest House, Jim Corbett National Parkand one bright late morning we had stopped at Dhikala for having a cup'o'tea during the break between Safaries.
Since the main canteen was closed, we proceeded to Chhota canteen with our equipment and sat there waiting for our usual cup of tea. As our cup of tea arrived, I saw from the window that few young macaque who had just arrived to just have a good time on the tree. I just felt that I could get a good shot and walked out with my camera and saw the two of them enthusiastically swinging upside down on very thin branches of the tree and showing affection. I just aimed and clicked happily. By the time Prem, Raminder and Shivansh followed a few seconds later and just got to click the leftovers.
I walked back contented to our table in the canteen and sipped the over-sweet tea or was it just the satisfaction of seeing something impulsive like the love displayed by two young monkeys, which made the tea so sweet!!
