After roaming for about two and half hours in our vehicle, we reached a place called Bhakola. There we started looking a little more closely as we had heard that two sub-adult cubs of T-17 tigress were living around this place.
In the morning of 08th March, 2015, we went to Zone 5 of Ranthambore TR. After roaming for about two and half hours in our vehicle, we reached a place called Bhakola. There we started looking a little more closely as we had heard that two sub-adult cubs of T-17 tigress were living around this place. After some sustained efforts, we saw one of the cubs T-74 sitting across the water stream. It was about 200 meters away from us, taking rest under the shade of a tree. The light was poor in the shade and in front of us, were dense shrubs and short trees. I had to get on the top of the rods of our Gypsy vehicles to click this picture.
